Product Descriptions Guidelines

Product descriptions should be honest and accurately represent the item being sold.
Include up to four good photos showing all sides of the item. Be prepared to send more photos if requested by a potential buyer.

State if the item is:

• Unopened - The packet or tin is sealed within a cellophane wrap, vacuum or other device.
• With Contents - Contains the original tobacco product but is not in a sealed container.
• Empty - The packet or tin does not contain product.

Condition grades refer to the physical packet, box or tin and not to wrappings or contents. Grade as follows:

• Excellent - As new
• Very Good - Minimal wear
• Good - Some minor blemishes
• Fair- Grubby looking/dirty
• Poor- Physical damage

Pricing

Prices must always be in pounds sterling and postage must not be included in the price.
