USER GUIDELINES.
Sellers
- The price that you enter should not include postage. This you will agree with the buyer based upon their location and will be additional to the advertised price. Do not overcharge for postage.
- The price that you enter will be inclusive of any local taxes
- Describe the item clearly and honestly, highlighting any defects
- Items are sold as advertised and are not returnable.
- Provide 4 good photographs of the item, back, front, left side and right side.
- The Buyer may ask for proof of ownership before sending a payment. A photo of the item with a newspaper banner showing the date of responding, and photos of the prepared parcel showing the buyers address and the senders address is a good way to satisfy this request.
- Send the parcel by a reliable service with tracking.
- Paypal is the recommended payment method.
Buyers.
- Please inspect photos and description to form your own opinion before buying.
- Ask for more photos or more information if required
- Satisfy yourself that the seller has the item in their possession (see proof of ownership above). A genuine Seller will not be offended.
- Once purchased the item is not returnable.
- It is usual for the buyer to send the payment to the Seller in advance of posting.
- Paypal is the recommended payment method.
- Buying from beyond your own country’s borders is not reccomended.

- The web site is to be used exclusuvely for the advertising of vintage tobacco packaging with contents.
- Both Buyers and Sellers must be aged 18yrs or over to use this web site.
- The transaction between Buyers and Sellers is entirely at their own risk.
- The Owner is not responsible for the accuracy of descriptions given by Sellers.
- The Owner reserves the right to remove any advert that is in any way offensive, off topic, or otherwise unacceptable.
- The Owner accepts no responsibility for the delivery of items ordered, or for items lost or damaged in transit.
- The Owner is in no way involved in the transaction between Buyers and Sellers and will not mediate in any dispute that may arise.
